All with primal movments incoportating somatic practices, hammock time, story telling, meditation, nature-based art, foraging, playing with mud, building huts with natural resources, and so much more. This is a space for the parents to interact with their child in a fun and playful even messy muddy way, generating healthy fully optimal connection that will be nourishing and supportive.
